Question:

The message under the navigation bar occasionally says, "All playing characters should now have a link in the "website" section of your account profile. If you do not, please contact your moderator."

I have a link, but it just says only mods can see it, like it did before.  Is this correct?

Correct.  You cannot follow the link; it's just for the moderators.
