Every character begins play with the Personal Kit (see below) at no cost
plus 200 gold (or value equal to that of Korresh currency). You may purchase up
to two additional kits. Note that kits priced at 50 gold (the Healing Kit, Camping Kit and Scholar's Kit)
can usually be bought IC as a whole, but the 100 gold kits
(Builder's Kit, Cartography/Navigation Kit, Fighter's Kit, Musician's Kit, Thieves Kit)
must be pieced together from individual purchases if you're not starting with them.
Also note that possession of the Thieving Kit or any of its more sneaky items is ILLEGAL in every Kingdom.
Kit prices reflect general availability and worth of their contents,
which is why some kits with fewer items are worth more than other kits with many items.
Once you've purchased your kits, you may then look at the individual price lists for
each Kingdom Economy or for basic supplies, go to the Common Market
page and pick up any extras. Some things due to their price alone will require the
Additional Gold advantage in order to be able to purchase it as starting equipment.
